No. The brochure material - text, offers, prices, photos and logo - comes from you. We focus on arranging that material so it reads cleanly, looks good and is easy to follow. If you also need copy written, a separate copywriting service is available.

Yes. We lay out whatever copy you supply - English, Indonesian or both. In practice a bilingual brochure works better as two separate language versions than as mixed text on one page, since mixing roughly doubles the words in the same space. A second language version counts as a separate brochure at the same flat price.

Possible: corrections to text, spelling, prices, dates, contact details, and swapping a photo in the same position - all at no extra cost. Not possible: changing the layout or design concept, requesting a second alternative design, reworking colour or typography, adding pages, or adding large amounts of new material. Changes like those amount to designing from scratch, so they count as a new order.

Usually 2–4 working days once complete material is received and the design direction agreed. Incomplete material is by far the most common cause of delay, so prepare your text and photos together at the start.

A print-ready PDF (CMYK, high resolution, with bleed) to take to a printer, plus JPG/PNG for sharing over WhatsApp and social media. Source design files are not included, but can be discussed if you really need them.

This service covers design only; printing is a separate cost. The files we send are ready to take to any printer. If you do not have a regular printer, we can recommend a partner.
